Barbara Logan

                Indianapolis-Barbara J. Logan, 73,  passed away Wednesday afternoon, May 17, 2017, at the Indiana University Methodist Hospital following a brief illness.  She was born on December 22, 1943 in Muncie, the daughter of Everett and Wanda (Sims) Guinn.

                Barbara attended Muncie City Schools and later married the love of her life Larry Earl Logan, Sr. in 1964 and he survives.  Mrs. Logan became a homemaker and was a member of the Selma American Legion Auxiliary where she had served as a past President.   To say she enjoyed being grandma is an understatement, her grandchildren and great grandchild were her whole world.

                Besides her husband of 53 years, Larry, she is survived by one daughter, Leah Stevens (husband-Warren), Parker City; one son, Larry E. Logan, Jr., Eaton; four grandsons, Brock Logan, Eaton, Kyle Logan (fiancé-Britney), Parker City, Logan Stevens (Companion-Paige), East Lansing, Michigan and Matthew Stevens, Muncie; one great granddaughter, Jayden Logan; two sisters, Sally Sayne, Oakville and Bonnie Claflin (husband-Bill), Muncie; one brother, Bruce Guinn, Anderson; two special sisters-in-law, Carol Dudley and Wanda Ray, both of Muncie; several nieces and nephews.

                She was preceded in death by her parents, maternal and paternal grandparents, several aunts and uncles.

                Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 22, 2017, 10:00 A.M. at the Parson Mortuary with Pastor Rodney Eiler officiating.  Burial will follow at the Tomlinson Cemetery.

                Friends may call at the Parson Mortuary Sunday, May 21, 2017 from 2:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M. and again on Monday, May 22, 2017, from 9:00 A.M. until service time.
