Darrel W. Brubaker, 75, Muncie, passed away Saturday, January 6, 2018 at 11:55 a.m. surrounded by his loving family.
He was born April 23, 1942 in Muncie, Indiana, the son of the late Franklin and Mary (Gray) Brubaker. Darrel attended DeSoto High School and was employed by Trouts Heating and Air for 30 years prior to his retirement. He was a member of Plumbers Steamfitters and Service Technicians Local Union 440.
Survivors include his daughter, Tina Taylor (husband-Jonathan); three sons, Barry and Bryan Brubaker, and Jeffery Estep (wife-Jammie); thirteen grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Dian Brubaker; parents, Franklin and Mary Brubaker; and two brothers, Franklin Brubaker, Jr., and Wendell Brubaker.
Services will be held at Parson Mortuary at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 11, 2018 with Pastor Shawn Gray officiating.
Calling will be at the mortuary from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 10, 2018 and one hour prior to services on Thursday.
Burial will follow in Tomlinson Cemetery, Muncie.
