Janet Anderson

Muncie- Janet D. Anderson, 64, passed away on Saturday morning February 11, 2017 at Bethel Pointe Health and Rehab surrounded by her loving family. She was born on January 17, 1953 in Muncie, the daughter of Earl T. and Beverly (Smullen) Monroe.

                Janet is a graduate of Delta High School, after graduation she moved to Wolcottville, Indiana where she raised her family and worked at Multi-Plex and Tenneco Automotive. She then moved to Muncie in 2007 where she worked at Wal-Mart. Janet was known for her friendly nature, she was always smiling or making friends and family laugh. She loved living on the lake in Wolcottville, listening to country music and crocheting.

                Left to mourn the loss of Janet are her two daughters Brandy (Chad) Troyer and Angela (Brad) Kern, mother Beverly Monroe, sister Joyce (Bill) Hale, two brothers David Monroe and George Monroe and 3 grandsons.

                She was preceded in death by her father and grandson Lukis Kern.

                Memorial services will be held Friday, February 17, 2017 at 5:00 P.M at Parson Mortuary with Pastor Dennis Rush officiating. Friends may call from 3:00 P.M until 5:00 P.M February 17, 2017 at Parson Mortuary. Internment will take place at a later date.
