Muncie- Jeanne F. “Sam” Brinson, 76, passed away Saturday afternoon, January 21, 2017, at the Indiana University Ball Memorial Hospital following an extended illness. She was born on December 6, 1940, in St. Louis, Missouri, the daughter of Roland Rush and Jeanne May (Brewer) Hall.
Mrs. Brinson is being cremated with a private family memorial service to follow at a later date.
