Jerry "Jiggs" Campbell

Jerry "Jiggs" Campbell, 84, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, February 10, 2017 after a brief illness.  He was surrounded by family and friends at his home in Muncie, Indiana.

Jiggs was a native of Muncie, and was the son of William and Carrie Campbell.  He was married to his childhood sweetheart Marcia Monnett for 65 years and was retired from Borg Warner.

Jiggs is survived by Marcia and his five children: Linda (Ron) Quertermous of Fairfield, California; Vicky (Chuck) Sparks of Bloomington, Indiana; Bruce (Kim) Campbell of Muncie, Indiana; Mark (Tom) Campbell of Cuenca, Ecuador; Dale (Denisse) Campbell of Rosemount, Minnesota. He is also survived by six grandchildren, one great-granddaughter, and numerous grandpets.  He is survived by siblings Ike, Larry, Delmar, Sherry, and Mike, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Jiggs enjoyed spending time with his family, woodworking and collecting antiques.

Funeral services will be Wednesday February 15, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Parson Mortuary with Reverend Fran Bullock officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday February 15, 2017 from 12:00 P.M to 2 P.M. Burial will immediately follow at Beech Grove Cemetery.
