John A. Reynolds Sr., 91

                MUNCIE-John Passed away Saturday, August 5, 2017 at willow Bend Assisted Living Center is following an extensive illness.  He was born January 2, 1926 the son of Raymond and Sylvia (Matchett) Reynolds.  John Eaton high school and later married the love of his life, Irma June (Turner) Reynolds.  She has preceded him in death.

                Mr. Reynolds is retired from Westinghouse, later known as the ABB, after 10 years of service.  He proudly served in the Army and later the Army National Guard.

Survivors include daughter Jackie Scott and husband Randy of Farmland, sons Phil Reynolds and wife Karie Ann of Muncie, and John A. Reynolds Jr., of Yorktown, two daughters-in-law Mary Reynolds of Marion and Mary Reynolds of Texas, sister sandy Patterson and husband Lee of Harford city, brother Earl Reynolds of Muncie, and many grandchildren, great- grandchildren, great great great-grandchildren. 

                He is preceded in death by his wife Irma, Parents, sons Terry, Johnny, Dave, Rick and Leonard”, 4 sisters, 8 brothers, and 2 grandchildren.

                Funeral services at the Parson Mortuary o Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at 2:00 P.M. with Pastor Lane Fairchild officiating.  Burial to follow at the Gardens of Memory cemetery north of Muncie.  Military honors will be rendered by the Delaware County Honor guard.

                Friends may call at the Parson Mortuary from 12:00 PM until 2:00 P.M.
