Raymond M. "Mick" Shell

 Raymond M. “Mick” Shell, 73, Muncie, passed away Tuesday, May 30, 2017, at the Albany Health Care and Rehabilitation center.  He was born on March 27, 1944, in Muncie, the son of Raymond C. and Ethel M. (Clouse) Shell.

Raymond retired in 1999 from Delco –Remy after 33 years and spent his retirement doing the things he always loved to do, Hunting, Fishing and Camping.  He was a member of the United Auto workers Union.  His greatest joy came from spending time with his grandchildren and later his great grandchildren.

He is survived by his children, Michael T. Shell (wife-Debbie) and Tiffani Parker (husband-Roby); Six grandchildren, Chase Shell, Corey Parker, Coulton Parker, Chelcea Taylor (husband-Larry), Kylie Shell and John Patterson; eight great grandchildren, Ellie, Kason, Linkin, Caiden, Cherish, Jayden, Alonna and Justin: his mother, Ethel M. Shell; his sister, Trudie M. Shell

He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond C. Shell and his son, Christopher L. Shell.

Cremation is taking place with a private memorial at a later date.  Parson Mortuary is in charge of the arrangements. 

Memorial contributions may be made to the health care center of the donor’s choice to assist patients in need.
