Muncie, IN. - Sharon Lynn Kem, 61, of Muncie, Indiana passed away Thursday, November 26, 2015 at her home surrounded by her family and friends.
Sharon was born in Muncie, IN. on July 6, 1954 to Carl J. and Mary (Nunley) Hardin.
She graduated from Muncie Central High School. Sharon loved fishing, gardening, playing bingo, and going to play slots at the casino. Sharon was also a Breast Cancer survivor.
She is preceded in death by her father, siblings, Stella Haste, Jack Hardin, and Terri Lassiter.
Sharon is survived by her husband of 18 years, Mark Kem of Muncie, IN; children, Jessica Matthews, Jammie Matthews, Mark A. Kem all of Muncie, IN; grandchildren, Allen Thomas, Jalynn Harman, Justin Matthews all of Muncie, IN; mother, Mary Hardin of Muncie, IN; siblings, Steve Hardin and his wife, Connie of Muncie, IN; Rex Krager of Muncie, IN; Carla Ingram and her husband, Bob of Muncie, IN; special pet dog, Ariel.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 29, 2015 from 12 P.M. until 2 P.M. at the Parson Mortuary.
Services will be Sunday November 29, 2015 at 2 P.M. at the mortuary.
Memorial contributions may be given to IU Health Hospice.
