Stephanie L. (Skinner) Foy

Muncie-Stephanie L. Foy, 58, passed away early Wednesday morning, April 6, 2016, at her residence following a brief illness.  She was born on July 5, 1957, in Muncie, the daughter of Robert and Saundra (Hannon) Skinner.

            Stephanie attended Muncie City Schools and later married David Foy in 1996 and he survives.  Besides being a homemaker, Mrs. Foy had worked with her husband in their family owned business known as the I-69 Truck and Trailer.  She was the Office Manager for 8 years prior to her disability.  Family times with her children and grandchildren were very precious to her.

            Besides her husband of twenty years, David, She is survived by one son, Bobby Russell (wife-Amanda), Muncie; one daughter, Dana Sayler (husband-Josh), Muncie; four grandchildren, Zayn O’Dell, Florida, Braxton Russell, Kaden Crist and Zaydia Sayler, all of Muncie; two sisters, Karla Taylor and Kyndra Swift, both of Muncie;

            She is preceded in death by her parents and an infant brother, Samuel Joseph Skinner.

            Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 15, 2016, 4:00 P.M. at the Parson Mortuary with Pastor Steve Dugger officiating.  Cremation will take place following the service.

            Friends may call at the Parson Mortuary on Friday, April 15, 2016 from 3:00 P.M. until service time.
