Thelma Gladys (Wright) Lee-Deeds

            Muncie-Thelma Gladys (Wright) Lee-Deeds passed away peacefully at Bethel Pointe Health and Rehabilitation Center in Muncie, IN on October 9, 2015 at the age of 89.

            Thelma is survived by her daughter; Linda (Bob O’Donnell); three sons; Ralph (Melinda Reel) Lee, Gene Lee and James (Kathy) Lee; daughter-in-law, Judy Lee; three grandchildren; Alexandra Lee, Gregory Lee and Jeffrey Lee.

            She was preceded in death by her first husband James Hershel, and her second husband Harold Deeds, her son Fred Lee, her daughter-in-law, Geraldine Lee, her parents William Flenard and Anna Lou (Brown) Wright of Albany, KY, and siblings Minnie Streeter, Birtie Piercey, Phillip Wright and Lynn Wright.

            She was a dedicated, full time mother who encouraged her children to pursue their goals.  They will always remember her kind, patient, gentle ways.  She loved working in her vegetable and flower gardens.

            Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 15, 2015, 1:00 P.M. at the Parson Mortuary with Pastor Rusty Clements officiating. Private Family Burial will follow at the Gardens of Memory Cemetery north of Muncie.

            Friends may call at the Parson Mortuary Thursday, October 15, 2015 from 11:00 A.M. until service time.
