Wayne McClung Snodgrass

Muncie: Wayne McClung Snodgrass, 62, went to be with His Lord on Friday, March 30, 2018 at I. U. Ball Memorial Hospital after a long battle with Dementia. Wayne was born November 30, 1955 to the late Glenna and Robert Snodgrass in Muncie.

Mr. Snodgrass attended Southside High School graduating in 1974. Wayne soon enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and proudly served his Country on Active and Reserve status until September of 1980.  He had been employed for more than 34 Years at Muncie Transit, (now A.B.C.) before his retirement in 2014. He enjoyed his fishing trips with family and friends and spent many afternoons watching a NASCAR race unfold.

Wayne is survived by; his wife of 11 years Janet Snodgrass, Three Daughters; Sandra Landfert, (Husband-Vincent); Alison Storms (Husband-Brian); and Nicole Horn; One son Aaron McClung Snodgrass, Two Sisters Kathy Lynn West (Husband-Charles Steven),; Robin Goad (Husband-Lanny). Mr. Snodgrass was also blessed with eight Grandchildren: Colby, Kaitlin, Haylee, Arian, Ciera, Grace, Ethan, Harrison, and great-grandchild Keanu.  He also had many Uncles, Aunts, Nieces, and Nephews. Wayne will be especially missed by Skeeter on their long walks.

Preceding him in death were his parents.

Funeral services will take place at East 16 Street Church of God Muncie on Wednesday April 4, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. with Pastor Doug Lucy officiating.

Friends may call at the church from 10:00 a.m. until service time.
