RICKEY LEE WILLIAMS
MUNCIE – Rickey Lee Williams, 45, of Muncie passed away suddenly late Thursday evening in Laredo, Texas. He was born June 11, 1967 in Muncie to Carl Frank Williams and Mary (Jennings) Cooper. He graduated from Muncie Southside High School.
Rickey was a over the road truck driver for Carter Express in Anderson. He was a member of the Eagles Lodge # 231.
Survivors include two sons Joseph Williams (wife-Jessica), Gaston, Justin Williams; Muncie; one daughter, Jennifer Bristow, Muncie; ten grandchildren; father Carl Frank Williams(wife-Janet),Muncie; mother Mary Cooper, Tennessee; one brother Gregory Hawkins(wife-Amy); five sisters Brenda Williams, Oklahoma, Patty Epperson (husband-Jeff);Georgia, Misty Jennings, Tennessee, Elizabeth Murphy, Muncie, Jennifer Gillespie, Muncie; several nieces and nephews also survive.
Rickey was preceded in death by his grandpa Alfred Williams and grandma Edna Crabtree Williams; stepfather, Floyd Cooper; nephew, Christopher Williams in 1989.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00PM, Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at Parson Mortuary. Burial will follow at Elm Ridge Memorial Park.
Friends may call from 4:00 to 8:00PM, Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at the mortuary and one hour prior to services on Wednesday.
