Frances Lorene Mitchell, 91, died Friday, July 13, 2012, at I.U. Health

Ball Memorial Hospital following an extended illness.

           She was born in Barryton, Michigan September 16, 1920, the daughter of Merle

And Mary (Wilson), Eastman.

Frances attended the Southside Church of the Nazarene, enjoyed golfing,

Sewing, playing euchre and was a homemaker.

Survivors include her son, Tommy Mitchell, (wife-Barbara), Lincoln City, Oregon, four granddaughters, Susan Schultz, (husband-John), Francesville, Indiana, Shelley Hobbs, (husband-Roger), Pendleton, Indiana, Lynda Bock, (husband-Tony), Vancouver, Washington and Lisa Mitchell, Vancouver, Washington.

 She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold; her daughter Sally Kronz, a brother, Wilford Eastman, a son-in-law, Kerry K. Kronz.

Services will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday, July 16, 2012, at Parson Mortuary, with Pastor Rusty Clements officiating. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory Cemetery, north of Muncie.

 Family will receive friends Monday, July 16, 2012, at Parson Mortuary, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
