     Bernadette Grill, 66, passed away Saturday, December 22, 2012, at Kindred Care Health Care Center in Muncie, IN. She was born July 17, 1946, in Cleveland, Ohio, the daughter of Robert and Rose Piar Moran. She attended school in Cleveland, including St. Joseph’s Academy, and graduated from John Marshall High School. Following graduation she attended Kent State University.
     She moved to Muncie in 1972 and had been a claims clerk for the Social Security Administration until her retirement.
     Bernadette was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church and the Indiana State Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. She was a former member of
St. Mary Catholic Church and the Women’s Association of the church.
     Surviving are her husband, Richard L. “Dick” Grill, whom she married December 30, 1967; her son, Rick Grill, (wife, April), Greenfield, IN; two brothers, Father Robert Moran, Portland, IN, and Thomas Moran, (wife, Angie), Cleveland, OH; and five grandchildren, Korey, Samuel, Bryan, A.J., and Nicholas Grill.
     She was preceded in death by her parents, and her sister, Patricia Moran.
     The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 28, 2012, at St. Lawrence Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Elm Ridge Cemetery.
     The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday at Parson Mortuary where a Scripture Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
