Sheryle Kay (Williams) Mills

Sheryle Kay Mills, 65, left this crazy world on Wednesday, April 10, 2024, Moon Walking to Michael Jackson’s Billie Jean, after a long, hard fight with non-alcoholic sorosis of the liver and lupus.

Sheryle was born on December 15, 1958, in Muncie, Indiana to Lowell (deceased) and Thelma P. (Wood) Williams.

Sheryle attended Delta High School.  She graduated from Amber’s Beauty School in 1990 and was a Stylist and Nail Tech with her mother at Busy Bee.  Sheryle loved Michael Jackson, she is probably sitting front and center watching all of his performances in Heaven.  Rummaging, playing BINGO, going to the casino, working with her plants, and dancing to Michael Jackson are what she did in her fun time when she felt good.

Sheryle loved and loved hard.  She was prepared at the drop of a hat to do whatever she needed to do to take care of her granddaughters.  They were her pride and joy.  She wanted nothing more than to see her girls thrive.  It’s been said that Sheryle had some of the best “Footwork” around…

She is survived by her mother Thelma P. Wood, and her children Danny Dixon Jr. and Chasity (Dixon) Stanley.  Grandchildren Caitylyn, Paityn, Ashlynn Repass.  Great- Grandchildren Nova Griggs, Amiri & Za’Kiya Whigum.  Siblings Sheila Tweedy, Rodney (LuAnn) Williams, Robbie Williams, Randall (Kathy) Williams.  And several other family members are survived.

Sheryle is to be cremated and a Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, April 19, 2024, at the Union Chapel Church @ 4:00 p.m.   Cremation services are entrusted to Parson Mortuary Cremation Center.
