Muncie-: Donald E. Rigney, 77 passed away on Tuesday March 6, 2018 at Hamilton Trace Healthcare Center Fishers Indiana. He was born October 17, 1940 to Opal and Mac Rigney in Muncie.

Donald is survived by Sister-in-law Joan Rigney: one niece Susan Coppess (Husband- Skip), Muncie and One Nephew Scott (wife-Deborah) Rigney, Carmel.

Preceding Donald in death were his Parents and A Twin Brother Ronald Rigney.

Private Funeral services will be held at Parson Mortuary with burial at a later date.
