Adam "A.J. Lewis

Muncie-Adam J.  (A.J.) Lewis, 28, passed away Monday, September 17, 2018, at his residence following a brief illness.  He was born on, July 22, 1990, in Muncie, the son of Bo and Kathern (Corder) Lewis –Stone. 

A. J. 2009 graduate of Pendleton Heights High School in Pendleton, Indiana and later had attended IVY Tech Community College for a semester.  He enjoyed learning about history, working with computers and playing with his black Labrador Sam.  He was an avid Dallas Cowboys Football fan, mostly; he enjoyed spending time with his family which was very precious to him.

A.J. is survived by his mother, Kathern Stone, Muncie; two sisters, Ashley Lewis and Amanda Reed, both of Muncie; two aunts, Doris Miller (husband-Tony) and Pam Byrd, both of Muncie; one uncle, Homer Corder, Muncie; nephew, Lance Comfort (wife-Kaylee), Muncie; one great-nephew, Ayden Comfort, Muncie; and several cousins.

He is preceded death by his father, Bo Lewis; maternal grandparents, Homer and Dora Corder.

Cremation is taking place with a private family memorial gathering at a later date.  Parson Mortuary is entrusted with the arrangements.
