Billy Brian Brock

Billy Brian Brock, 75, Muncie, passed away Thursday, March 1, 2018 at ElmCroft Senior Living Center.  He was born November 12, 1942 in Avonmore, Pennsylvania, the son of Marshall and Dorothy (Wilson) Brock.

     Billy was a 1960 graduate of Royerton High School and later attended Ball State University.  He served in the United States Army National Guard for six years.  He was employed by Chevrolet in Muncie for 31 years before his retirement in 1992, he also owned a carpet cleaning business and had over forty rental properties.

     He is survived by his daughter, Tina (Brock) Rees (husband-Doug), Muncie; son, Brian Brock, Muncie; two brothers, Robert Brock, Sr. (wife-Sandy), Florida; Clifford Brock (wife-Mildred), Florida; seven grandchildren, David Baker, Holly Bryant (husband-Kory), Brooke Rees, Kyle Rees, Brock Rees, Erica Bouse (husband-Nick), and Ashley West (husband-Brandon); and ten great-grandchildren.

     He was preceded in death by his parents, Marshall and Dorothy Brock; his beloved ex-wife Mickie Brock (whom he had been with for over 50 years); his sister, Charlene Brock; and his beloved cat Socks.

     Services will be held at Parson Mortuary at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 6, 2018.  Burial will follow in Tomlinson Cemetery, Muncie.

     Calling will be at the mortuary from 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday until the time of service.
