Fred David Boles, Jr.

Fred D. Boles, Jr., passed away Saturday evening, October 19, 2019, at the Indiana University Health Ball Memorial Hospital following a brief illness.  He was born on September 17, 1966 in Muncie the son of Fred D. and Dorthea (Turner) Boles, Sr.

Fred graduated from Muncie Central High School in 1985 and later married the love of his life, Janet ( Vogelsang) Boles on November 2, 2001 and she survives.  Mr. Boles had worked for Ontario Systems and eventually created Sapphire IT Solutions LLC as an independent contractor.  Most recently, he served the J2 Interactive LLC.  as a software developer.  He was a member of the Full Gospel Temple where he served as the head sound technician for many years.  Mr. Boles always wanted a Mustang to work on and eventually succeeded in obtaining a 2006 Mustang model.  Fred enjoyed the special times he could spend with his family and friends but, he treasured being a grandpa the most!

Besides his wife of 18 Years, Janet, he is survived by two daughters, Monica Austin (Jeremy), Muncie and Katelyn McIntyre (Austin), Hebron, Kentucky; two sons, Mason Boles, Indianapolis and Collin Boles (Chloe), Muncie; two grandchildren, Cameron Jude Austin , Muncie and Madison Nicole McIntyre, Hebron ,Kentucky; two sisters, Christina Boles, Indianapolis and Teresa Minor (Joe) Muncie; one brother, Tracy Boles (Lisa) Muncie; maternal grandmother, Wreatha Purkiser, Parker City Health Care Center; one nephew, Brandon Minor (Rebekah Shadoan), Muncie.

He is preceded in death by one brother, Mark A. Boles; one nephew Joe Minor, Jr.; several aunts and uncles; and his paternal grandparents, Robert and Bernice Boles, Sr.

Funeral services will be held at the Full Gospel Temple located at 212 W. 7th St., Muncie, IN 47302, on Saturday, October 26, 2019, at 1:00 P.M.    Parson Mortuary is in charge of the arrangements.    

Friends may call at the Full Gospel Temple on Saturday, October 26, 2019, from 11:00 A.M. until time of service.
