Kenneth G. Riley

Muncie- Kenneth G. Riley, 77, passed away Wednesday morning, January 3, 2018, at Parker Health and Rehabilitation Center. Ken was born on September 10, 1940, to Leda Muriel (Tremper) and Clarence Riley in Connersville, Indiana.

Mr. Riley graduated from Muncie Central High School in 1959.  He was an electrication by trade having worked at Borg-Warner and Broderick’s for over 30 years. Mr. Riley was an active member of the Farmland Legion. He also enjoyed going to car shows, flea marketing and he was extremely proud to be the Vice President of the Muncie Coin and Stamp Club.

Survivors include the love of his life and wife of 57 years, Peggy (Miller) Riley; One son; Jeff Riley (girlfriend, Cindy West); Two grandchildren; Shianne and Cassidy; One great-grandchild; Scarlett; Several nieces and nephews and his lifelong friend Lee Sanzo.

Preceding him in death are his parents and his son, Mark A. Riley.

At the family’s request, cremation will take place with a memorial service to follow at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be made to the family to help defray funeral expenses.
