Lela M. (Beard) Krauss

Lela M. (Beard) Krauss, 58, of Muncie, passed from this life into the arms of her Lord and Savior on March 31, 2018, at Allison Pointe Healthcare Center, Indianapolis, IN.

Lela was born on May 4, 1959 in Muncie to the late George and Bonnie (Lowe) Beard. Lela was a loving, caring mother, grandmother, sister and aunt.  Lela loved spending time with her family, especially her two grandchildren.  She had a beautiful voice and she loved music and singing.

Lela is survived by her two sons; Jason Beard (wife-Susan); Jeremiah Beard (girlfriend-Jessica Stubbs); grandchildren, Camden and Jayden Beard; three brothers, Delbert Beard (wife-Geraldine); Steve Beard (Partner-Kathy); and Everett Beard (wife-Patty); several aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and nieces.

She is preceded in death by her parents, George and Bonnie Beard; husband, Rick Krauss; sister, Glenna Trigg; and her dogs, Tyler and Little T.

Celebration of life will be held at Parson Mortuary, 801 West Adams Street, Muncie, on Friday, April 6, 2018 at 1:00PM.

Family and friends may call at Parson Mortuary on Friday, April 6, 2018 from 12:00PM until time of service.
