Patricia Sue (Williams) Greer

Muncie-Patricia “Pat” S. Greer, 66, passed away Wednesday, February 7, 2018, at her residence following an extended illness.  She was born in Morehead, Kentucky, on March 21, 1951, the daughter of Raleigh and Frances (Clark) Williams.

Pat attended Morehead City Schools and later married the love of her life, Ray Greer on June 24, 1995 in Daleville, IN and he survives.  Mrs. Greer had worked in retail for many years prior to working for the Sherry Labs as a Lab Technician and Analyst.  She was a member of the Mt. Olive Freewill Baptist Church, enjoyed bowling and flea markets.  Mrs. Greer always enjoyed getting “good deals and “bargains.”  Mostly, Pat treasured the times she could be with her family and friends!

Besides her husband of 23 years, Ray, she is survived by one daughter, Melissa Burk (husband-Michael), Bowling Green, Kentucky; two sons, Rick Hollingsworth (wife-Shawn) and Michael Hollingsworth (wife-Tami), both of Muncie; two step daughters, Tracy Loser (husband-=Ronnie), Gaston and Stacy Markwell (husband-Rodney), Muncie; one step son, Larry Greer (companion-Angela Taulbee), Muncie; one sister, Millie Dickinson, Muncie; eighteen grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by two sons, Doug and Mark Hollingsworth; her parents; one brother, Butch.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 14, 2018, 1:00 P.M. at the Mt. Olive Freewill Baptist Church located at 7500 N. Wheeling Ave. Muncie, IN 47304, with Pastor James O. McCowan officiating.  Burial will follow at the Elm ridge Memorial Park Cemetery.  Parson Mortuary is in charge of the arrangements.

Friends may call at the Mt. Olive Freewill Baptist Church on Wednesday, February 14, 2018, from 11:00 A.M. until service time.
