Patricia Teal Obituary

Muncie- Patricia A. Teal, 77, passed away Friday evening, December 21, 2018, at the Woodlands Health Care center following a brief illness. She was born on August 14, 1941, Henryville, Tennessee the daughter of Porter and Marjorie Louise (Clark) Shell-Hunter.

Patricia had attended Muncie City Schools and later worked in the home health care profession for most of her life. She had been a member of the Parkview Apostolic Church where she was a former choir member.

Survivors include one daughter, Rhonda Herschel, Indianapolis; four sons, Gene Teal, Muncie, Scott Teal (wife-Melissa), Avon, Jeffery Teal, Winston Salem, North Carolina and Michael Barton, Muncie; two brothers, Terry Hunter and Jerry Shell.

She is preceded in death by one son, Robin Barton; her parents and one brother, Ron Hunter.

Private Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, December 26, 2018. Parson Mortuary is in charge of the arrangements.
