Muncie- Penny Blevins, 66, passed away on June 6, 2017 following a brief illness. She was born on July 18, 1950; she was the daughter of Bill and Anna May Lasley.
Penny absolutely adored her grandchildren and children. She loved pull tabs and anything to do with spending money. She had a heart of PURE gold, she would die for you to live. She had an impact on almost anyone she met. She was a hopeful and feisty lady. She loved attending church. Her dream husband was Elvis Presley; she would visit Graceland every birthday.
Left to mourn the loss of Penny are her husband Michael Blevins, son Billy Michael Lemon, daughter Tammy Lasley, grandchildren Kelsey Lemon, Hunter Lasley as well as great grand children Easton Michael Lemon and Hayden DeLong, , A sister Pat Little, Anderson, two nieces Kelly (Adam) Hill and Lisa Little, great niece Makynna Little and great nephew Braken Little.

Celebration of her life will be at 3pm on Sunday June 18th at the church of god, the address is 4013 W 30th St Muncie 47302 with a carry in dinner to follow.
