Ronald Dean Aldridge, 73, went to be with the Lord Friday, December 7, 2018 at home after a courageous eight-month battle with cancer.
He was born March 16, 1945 in Ohio to the late Ben and Gladys Aldridge. He spent his childhood in Kentucky and teen years in Michigan. He lived his adult life in Indiana and was blessed to spend some of his retirement years in Florida.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Roger, and his sister Charlotte.
He is survived by his devoted wife of 39 years, Melody Goshern Aldridge; children, Deana Renaker (husband Dan), Gainesville, Florida; Doug Aldridge, Muncie; and Becky Tuck, Muncie; brother Dale Aldridge (wife Kim), Muncie; sisters, Wilma Wilt, Florida; Sheila Johnson (husband-Bruce), Selma; and Rita Colburn, South Bend; his grandchildren, Kelsi, Cole, Lindi, Kaleb, and Brittany; great-grandbabies, Kyzor, Addy, Kase, and Braxton.
