Sylvia Winningham Obituary
Sylvia O. Winningham, 83, passed away at The Waters of Muncie on August 10, 2018. She was born in Jamestown Tennessee, on December 1, 1934 to Lonza and Carlie (Beaty) Hinds.
Sylvia worked as a nursing aid for Muncie area home health care facilities for over 13 years. She enjoyed gardening and going to church. Sylvia is a member of the True Light Baptist Church in Muncie.
Survived by a daughter; Deborah Bubp of Albany, a sister Christeen Clark (JQ), 2 grandchildren; Kyle and Korbin Bubp, 5 great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Sylvia is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Willie Winningham of over 50 years, a son; Ralph Winningham, a daughter; Connie Sue Winningham, 3 sisters; Gloretta Conaster, Sonnie Copeland, Vesta Stephens, 3 brothers; Juel Hinds, Oddis Hinds and Donald Hinds, all from Jamestown Tennessee.
A funeral service for Sylvia has taken place on Tuesday August 14, 2018 at 1:00 pm with Pastor Jerry Miller officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Ridge Cemetery. Online condolences may be made at www.parsonmortuary.com
