Tracy L. Lockhart

Tracy L. Lockhart, 48, went home to her Lord on Sunday, April 29, 2018 at her residence. Tracy was born on June 21, 1969 in Muncie, Indiana.

Mrs. Lockhart was a lifelong resident of Delaware County, graduating from Southside High School in 1987. She worked through lifelong health issues and served the community as a member of the Fallen Heroes Memorial Bridge Committee. 

Tracy is survived by her Parents; Bill and Marty Terrell; Two Sons; Alaxander Bird and Nicholas Allred; One Daughter; Crystal Rowles (Husband-Travis); One Sister; Kimberley Gilkison (significant other-Chris Johnson) of Florida; and Two Brothers; Robert Gilkison (wife-Melissia) and Stephen Gilkison (wife-Keri) and brother-in-law Darren. Tracy had been blessed with Five Grandchildren; Chloey, Caileigh, Trenton, Alaina and Landon, and Ten Cherished Nieces and Nephews; T. J., Sarah, Cody Lucas, Hanna, Austin, Brittney, Ladoria, Joey, Jonah, and Abby. She will be missed by many cousins and friends, including the family pets Princess and Tidbit.

Preceding her in death were her Husband; Kelly Lockhart in March of 2018; His Parents; John and Marilyn Lockhart; and Brother-In-Law; Johnny.

Funeral services will be held at Parson Mortuary on Friday May 4, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor David Helton officiating. Friends may call at Parson Mortuary from 11:30 until service time.

In lieu of flowers the family would request donations to defray the funeral and burial costs.
