William "Bill" Barker

Muncie: William “Bill” Barker passed away on Wednesday January 2, 2019 at his residence. Bill was born on October 3, 1937 to Trudy and Houston Barker attending school in Combs Kentucky. After moving to Indiana, he worked for several employers including Pennville Casket and Bryant used and reclaimed automotive parts where he retired after more than thirty years of service. Bill enjoyed Flea Markets and rummage sales collecting clocks as his specialty. He was a fan of old westerns watching many over the years.

Surviving Bill are Daughters; Julie Craine (Larry Greene), Loretta Walker, and ex-wife Alma Burkehart. He had been richly blessed with 13 grandchildren.

Preceding him in in death were his parents Trudy and Houston.

There will be a service of remembrance on Wednesday January 9, 2019 at Parson Mortuary at 1:00p.m.

 Friends may call from 12:00p.m. until the time of service.
