Angela (Angie) Marie Covington (Daugherty), age 44, passed from this life much too soon on March 22, 2022, at home following a short illness.  She was born on September 2, 1977 in Muncie, Indiana the daughter of Glenn Lee and Donna Marie Daugherty.

Angie graduated from Yorktown High School, a member of the class of 1995.  Angie loved spending her time listening visiting with friends and listening to music.  In April of 1997, she gave birth to her daughter McKenzie, whom she always held in her heart no matter what the circumstance.

Angie is survived her daughter, McKenzie Daugherty, parents Glenn and Donna Daugherty, Brother Michael Daugherty (Stacie), sisters Jessica Daugherty (Steve Mullen) and Nicole Prose (Chris), as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, stepfather Sam Clevenger and Uncle Bobby and Aunt Debbie Goggans.

Angie will be cremated and the family will celebrate her life on March 28, 2022 at the Yorktown American Legion from 5:00 to 8:00 PM.
