Barbara Lee Toomey, 88, passed away at Morrison Woods Health Campus on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. Barbara was born on December 12, 1937, in Muncie, Indiana, to Gregory and Margerete (Denny) Fisher.

Following graduation from high school, Barbara married Thomas Patrick Toomey and was a homemaker in her adult life. Thomas and Barbara were married for 60 years before his passing in 2019.

Barbara was preceded in death by her husband, two sons, parents, and her siblings.

Private services will be held at a later date, and Barbara will be buried next to her husband.
