Betty (Hobbs) Snyder, 93, passed into Christ's arms on Wednesday March 30, 2022 at her residence. Betty was born to Cora (Ridge) and William Hobbs on Thursday October 18, 1928 in Carlisle, Indiana. Betty attended  church and loved tending to her family as mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was married to husband Jack Snyder for 59 years who passed away in 2004.

Surviving Betty are daughters Ginger Rossner, Robin (Joe) Scott, Kim Pennycuff; grandchildren Christie (Kevin) Sommers, Corey (Erin) Scott, Dustin Pennycuff, Jarrod Pennycuff; 6 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-granddaughter; sisters Virginia Roe, Barbara (Larry) Oren and many nieces, nephews and extended who will miss Betty.

Betty's parents and granddaughter Michell Lang preceded her in passing.

Funeral services will be held at Parson Mortuary and Cremation Center on Tuesday April 5, 2022 at 1:00 pm with Pastor Matthew Kidd officiating. Friends may call at the funeral Home from 11:00 am until the time of the service. Burial will follow at Tomlinson Cemetery south of Muncie.
