Carlos Eugene Fouse Sr., also known as "Cotton" to Friends and Family of Muncie, Indiana (formerly of Charlestown), passed away Thursday, January 11, 2024, at his residential Nursing Home.

Carlos was born August 9, 1944, to the late Conley Walter Fouse and Ella Thelm Goldsmith Fouse in Kentucky. He was preceded in death by his Parents, his Wife Jamie McGill Fouse, eleven Brothers and Sisters, his youngest Son Gary Lee Fouse, and his first Wife Linda  Fouse Shroyer.

Carlos is survived by his Son Carlos E. Fouse Jr, Daughter Carolyn L. Wheatley (Roger), remaining Sister Pat Masingo Hutchinson (Norman), numerous Nieces, Nephews, Grandchildren, and Great Grandchildren.

No Services will be held but he will be sent to peaceful rest with quiet farewell per Son and Daughter
