Clarence Dudley Jr., 89, passed away Saturday evening, July 9, 2022, at his residence following an extended illness.  He was born on September 11, 1932 in Muncie the son of Clarence and Margaret (Doughty) Dudley, Sr.

Clarence had graduated from Muncie Central High School in 1950 and later enlisted in the U.S. Navy later he married, Sandra Dudley on January 31, 1994 and she survives.  Mr. Dudley had worked at Borg-Warner as a laborer until his retirement in 1994 after 39 years of service.   He was a member of the Fountain Square United Methodist Church where he had served on the church board and was also a member of the United Auto Workers Union.  Mr. Dudley enjoyed bowling, fishing, hunting, crafting and working outside in his yard when possible.  Mostly, He treasured the memories he created with his family and friends!

Besides his wife of 28 years, Sandra, he is survived by one daughter, Jennifer Skolds (Bruce), Monticello; two sons, Michael May (Kimmie), Manford, Oklahoma and Kevin May (Julie), Selma; eleven grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren (one expected); one sister, Virginia Sparks, Los Angeles, Californina; one nephew, Los Angeles, California.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services will be held at the Fountain Square United Methodist Church on Friday, July 15, 2022, at 1:00 P.M. with Pastor Steve Graves officiating.  Burial will follow at the Tomlinson Cemetery.  The Delaware County Honor Guard will be rendering military honors.  Parson Mortuary Cremation Center is entrusted with these arrangements.

Friends may call the Fountain Square United Methodist Church on Friday, July 15, 2022, from 11:00 A.M. until time of service at 1:00 P.M.
