Darlena Fay Rogers, 57, of Muncie, Indiana passed away on February 10, 2024. She was born on May 14, 1966, in Muncie, IN to Goldman and Glenda (Slaven) Waters.

Darlena loved the water, being at the beach, hanging out on the boat, and having her toes in the sand, she loved being with her family, and children, and she was a good baker. She was also a member of Westside United Baptist Church.

Darlena is survived by her mother Glenda Silvey, children; Aaron (Amanda) and Brooke Rogers, and Tyler (Sasha) Janney, Fiancé Jack Janney, siblings; Robert Waters (Tracy), Denise New (Carl), Dorinda Reese, and Bruce Waters (Angel), grandchildren Michaela Rogers, Jerry Gore, Zachariah and Lily Janney, great-great-grandchildren; Makyiah, Devonta, Lyric, and Christ, great-niece Carlena, along with several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father Goldman, husband Bruce Rogers, and son Bruce Rogers II.

Funeral services will be at Parson Mortuary on Thursday, February 22, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. with Larry Waters officiating. Visitation will begin at 12:00 p.m. until service time. The interment will be at Gardens of Memory Cemetery.
