David Allen Foster, 30, passed away in Muncie, Indiana on May 1, 2023.  David was born on August 26, 1992, the son of Troy Foster and Rebecca (Collier) Penix.  He attended local schools before working at various jobs in the Muncie area.

David is survived by one son, Jackson, his father, Troy (Deborah) Foster, mother Rebecca (Watt) Penix, brothers Andrew, Buddy, and Roy; sisters, Brittany, Elizabeth, Angel, and Amber; grandparents, Mona Phipps, and Bonnie Hunt, aunts, Lisa, Jama, Barbara, Betty, Bonnie, Kathy, and Sarah, uncles Matt, John, Morris, and Orion Jr, and David Martin, whom he is named after.  In addition, he is survived by several cousins.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Justin and Troy, grandparents, Charles Phipps, Orion and Joyce Foster, uncle Ed, and great-grandparents Esther Martin, and Alton and Peggy Phipps.
