Parker City- Edmond "Eddie" Dean Greer, 74, passed away on Thursday morning, July 7, 2022 after a prolonged illness.  He was born on November 8, 1947 in Muncie, Indiana, the son of Russell and Pauline (Conway) Greer.

Ed attended Muncie Southside High School and had previously been employed at Sheller Globe, and Ball Brothers, and Ontario Corporation.  He was a proud veteran of the Vietnam War, having served with the 4th Infantry Division, 1966-1969.  He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and riding his Harley Davidson.  He was a proud member of the Rolling Thunder Club and made several memorial rides to Washington DC in honor of POW/MIA service members.

Ed married Leona (Isbill) on December 24, 1973 and she survives.  He also leaves behind a step-daughter, Donna (Chris) Munchel; five grandchildren, Kenneth Michael Davis III (Kristen Albina), Aaron (Jordan Walden) McWhirt, Stephen Davis, Jaylee McWhirt, and Cole Munchel; five great-grandchildren and one on the way, Jordan Davis, Aileen Albino, Kenneth Davis IV, Ariel Davis and Savannah Davis; sister Penny Sexton Greer; sisters-in-law; Lois Jackson (David) and Donna Greer; brother-in-law,  Fred Isbill and several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, step-son Kenneth Michael Davis, Jr.; siblings, Russell E. Greer, Rickie Greer, Linda Pemberton, Janice Isbell and brother-in-law, Gilbert "Don "Isbell.

Per his wishes, there will be no services.  Memorial contributions may be directed to a veteran organization of the donor's choosing.  Parson Mortuary Cremation Center is entrusted with these arrangements.
