Gerald Eugene Davis, 85, passed away at his home in Muncie, Indiana on November 9, 2023.  Gerald was born on August 18, 1938, the son of Gerald H. and Lucille (Strouse) Davis, in Muncie.

Gerald Attended Muncie Central High School and worked as a truck driver for the majority of his life.  He was a proud Teamster member and worked for various trucking firms including A&R Trucking.

Gerald married the love of his life, Norma Ritchie, and they celebrated 66 years of marriage.  Together they had three children, Ricky, Danny, and Bryan. Gerald developed a love of woodworking over the years and found it to be a rewarding hobby.

Gerald leaves behind his wife, Norma Davis, and three sons Ricky Davis (Janet), Danny Davis (Beth), and Bryan Davis (Rene).  In addition, he is survived by grandchildren Sarah McCreery (Derek), Seth Davis (Teresa), Matthew Davis, Christopher Davis (Rachel), and Jordan Davis, as well as ex-daughter-in-law Paulina Davis, and seven great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents Gerald H. and Lucille Davis.

Per his wishes, Gerald will be cremated, with services.  There will be no services.
