Julie Kay Cleaver, 60, of Muncie, Indiana passed away October 4, 2023, at Indiana University Hospital Indianapolis, Indiana. She was born on June 2, 1963, in Muncie, Indiana to Jack Cleaver and Kay (Lawrence) Dickinson.

Julie was a hard worker, she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Julie was a graduate from Muncie Southside High School in 1981, then she followed her passion in beauty by being a hairstylist in Muncie for most of her life. She was a loyal friend to everyone and had many friendships. Julie was a great caregiver; she was a provider to anyone that needed a hand or a place to feel safe.

Julie is survived by her son Justin (Nikki), stepchildren whom she loved as her own; Mark Jr., Brandee, Mark, and Lacey, grandchildren; Camron, Daelin, Dean III, Kylie, Marcus, Jade, Lexi, and Ruby, brother Jack Clark.

She was preceded in death by her life companion Mark Rasar, parents Jack and Kay, and her brother Stevie.
