Kathy Ann (Schafer) Wolfe, 52, passed away on August 24, 2023, at Indiana University Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie. She was born June 23, 1971, in Muncie, Indiana, the daughter of Charles and Betty (White) Schaffer.  Kathy graduated from Muncie Southside High School and worked at various jobs including DIY in Muncie.

Kathy had a passion for taking care of animals of all kinds, including a rabbit named Stevie and a finch that had no legs.  She was a loving mother and grandmother and was especially close to her mother Betty.  Kathy also had a love of anything Eeyore and Marvin the Martian.

Kathy is survived by her four children, Matthew and David Wolfe, and Dakota and Eric Redwine, her mother Betty Schafer, and her companion Vernon Crisp.  In addition, she is survived by six grandchildren.

The family has chosen cremation with no services.
