Katrina Foo Wagner, 59, went to her heavenly home on Friday morning, January 27, 2023, at the Indiana University Health Ball Memorial Hospital following an extended illness.  She was born on October 12, 1963, in Muncie the daughter of Charles and Willie Marie (Jackson) Claspell.

Katrina graduated from Northside High School in 1982 and later married, Randall (Joe) Wagner on August 18, 2010, in Byrdstown, Tennessee and he survives.  Mrs. Wagner had worked in retail for 17 years having served Macy's, L.S. Ayres, and Dunams stores.  She was a member of the Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints first Ward where she had been a Sunday School Teacher for several grade levels.  Foo enjoyed sports, in fact, had been a 3-time champion in multiple sports while in High School, she enjoyed being outdoors whenever possible and also liked doing arts and crafts.

Besides her husband of 12 years, Joe, she is survived by 5 children, Sunnee Sours, Brock Sours (fiancé- Caroline Aikin), Belinda Wagner and Ryleigh Wagner-Little, all of Muncie and Jeremy Wagner (Karen), Maryville, Tennessee; several step-children; grandchildren and Great Grandchildren; her father, Charles Claspell (Kitty), Muncie; 4 siblings, Seda Mills (Randy), Charles Claspell III, Regina Claspell, and Shane Claspell, all of Muncie; several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Willie Claspell; 5 siblings, Ann Parham and husband, Jimmy Parham, Sandra Callahan, Felicia Claspell, Chuck Claspell, and Michael Burgess.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 2, 2023, at Parson Mortuary at 1:00 P.M.  with Pastor Rusty Clements officiating.  Burial will follow at the Gardens of Memory Cemetery north of Muncie.

Friends may call Parson Mortuary on Thursday, February 2, 2023, from 11:00 A.M.  until the time of service.
