Keagan Joseph Proctor, 24, of Muncie, Indiana passed away on March 20, 2023. He was born on June 18, 1998, in Muncie, Indiana to John J. Paige III and Heather Proctor.

Keagan attended Muncie Central High School and worked for VTI Contracting in Shelbyville, Indiana. Keagan's hobbies included the gun range, spending time outdoors, playing video games, and hanging out with friends and family, you could always find him listening to music and count on him to have your back because of how much of a bright light he was in the room.

Keagan is survived by his mother, Heather Proctor, brother; Jonathan Tyler Proctor (Paige) half-brother; Michael Paige, aunts; Brandy Proctor (Rusty Webb), Ashley Proctor (Jose), cousins; Bryleigh, Boog, Tytin, grandfather; Rowan, his best friend puppy Sheeva, several aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father John J. Page III, grandparents, Theresa Justice-Welch, and Rick Proctor, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Funeral Services will be held at Parson Mortuary on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, visitation will begin at 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Cremation has been chosen by the family.
