Kerry Kris Kelsey Sr., 62, passed away at home on Thursday, March 23, 2023.  Kerry was born in Muncie, Indiana the son of Robert and Sandra (Newport) Kelsey on June 26, 1960.  Kerry graduated from Westport high school in Louisville, Kentucky.

On May 10, 1986, he married the love of his life Lisa (Dunn) Kelsey.  Together they had two handsome sons, Kris Kelsey, and Kyle Kelsey.  Later in life, he formed Kelsey and Son's Auto Salvage company with Kris and Kyle.  He had a love of the outdoors and a passion for fishing.

Kerry is survived by his wife, Lisa; two sons, Kris Kelsey and Kyle Kelsey (Alyssa); father Robert (Nina) and mother Sandra (James) Newport.  He also leaves behind one grandson, Kamdin Kelsey, two sisters, Kim Kelsey Drury, and Kathy Kelsey; and one step-brother Robert Newport (Mollie).  In addition, he is survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.

Services will be held at Parson Mortuary, 801 W. Adams, Muncie, Indiana, on Wednesday, March 29, 2023, at 6:00 PM.  Friends may call from 4:00 PM until the time of the service.  Cremation will follow at Parson Mortuary and Cremation Center.
