Mary A. Huffman, Muncie, 93, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on July 3, 2023.  She was born February 26, 1930, to the late Hallie and Bertha Weekley.  She graduated from Muncie Central High School and was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church.  She worked for Dr. Benken for 37 years before she retired in 1995.  Mary was a loving mother and grandmother and her favorite activity in later years was mowing her lawn. Survivors include a son, Bob (Lora) Huffman, two daughters, Judy (Steve) Green and Terri Green, sisters Shirley (Elmer) Stewart, and Carol Caldwell, nine grandchildren, and ten great- grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews and great-nieces, and great-nephews. Grandchildren: Stacy (Jim) Rupp, Cami (Cory) Reynolds, Lisa (Keith) Haza, Joni Hovis, Adam (Sara) Huffman, Aaron Huffman, Amber Lambert, Shawn (Savanna) Irwin, and Ciara Irwin. and April (Jonathan) Reed Great-grandchildren: Jaylynn Hovis, Owen Rupp, Mallory Rupp, Ashlyn Reynolds, Zac Reynolds, Molly Huffman, Rusty Huffman, Darby Huffman, Lily Haza, and Violet Haza. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Robert (Bob) Huffman Sr., sisters Rosalie Ewing and Betty Bowman, brothers Jack Weekley and Robert (Bob) Weekley, son-in-law Jeff Green, and a grandson, Michael S. Green. Memorials may be sent to Heart to Heart Hospice, 2701 W. Jackson, Muncie, Indiana 47303. They were a wonderful support for our family. Per Mary's request, there will be no services.
