Nancy Elizabeth Brauberger, 63, passed away at her residence on December 12, 2023, in Muncie, Indiana.  Nancy was born in Muncie, Indiana on December 15, 1959, the daughter of Robert Wright and Vondalee Steele.

After graduating high school, Nancy went on in her schooling obtaining her LPN license and practicing as a nurse, lastly for the Dermatology Clinic of Muncie, before retiring.  Nancy had two children, Elizabeth and Nic.

Nancy loved to cook, spend time with her children and grandchildren, and crafting and sewing.  She was a fierce protector of her family, was spontaneous, loved to have a good time, and was always willing to hop in the car for an adventure.

She will be sadly missed by her children, Elizabeth Batt (Donald Jr), and Nic Brauberger.  She also leaves behind grandchildren Avery and Cooper Batt, and Bryston Brauberger, as well as sisters Joy and Roberta and many, nieces and nephews.

Per her wishes, Nancy will be cremated and a celebration of life will be held on Monday, December 18, 2023, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Avondale Methodist Church, 1314 West 10th Street, Muncie, Indiana. There will be a prayer service starting at 6:15 PM.

Parson Cremation Center will be in charge of the cremation.
