Otto Arnold Allen, 81, passed away at the Marion VA Hospital in Marion, Indiana, on October 23, 2024.  Otto was born on March 17, 1943, in Muncie, Indiana, the son of Oliver and Mary Allen.

Otto attended Muncie Central High School.  He then went on to serve in the United States Army.

He leaves behind one sister, Mildred (Gary) McKinney, and one niece and nephew.

Otto was preceded in death by his parents, Oliver and Mary Allen.

There will be a private family service and burial will take place at Beech Grove Cemetery.
