Robert "Bob" Gene Curd, 75, went to his heavenly home early Thursday morning, December 15, 2022, at the Indiana University Health Ball Memorial Hospital following a brief illness.  He was born on May 30, 1947, in Muncie the son of Elmer and Dorothy (Stuart) Curd.

Robert attended Muncie Community Schools and later worked for various places the most recent being the Bi-pass Marathon on East Jackson St. in Muncie for several years as a clerk.  He was a member of the South Side Church of the Nazarene.  Mr. Curd enjoyed dogs and even trained them at one time and also was a gun enthusiast.

He is survived by one son, Steven Curd, Muncie; two grandchildren, Sage and Saphire Curd, both of Eaton; one sister, Sharon Arrington (Otto), Muncie; one nephew, Christopher Arrington (Megan), Lizton; caregiver, Corinna Loebe, Muncie.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 20, 2022, at 10:00 A.M., at Parson Mortuary with Pastor Neil Peterson officiating.  Burial will follow at Beech Grove Cemetery.
