Robert S. "Joe" Todd Sr., age 81 of Muncie passed away Thursday Morning , August 25th,2022 at the IU Ball Memorial Hospital following an extended illness. He was born January 7th,1941 in Richmond ,Indiana and was the son of the late Harold Todd and Harriett (Newell) Gray.

He was a Union  Painter for over 30 Years and was self-employed for over 10 years. He loved his True Light Baptist Church Family . He married his wife of 54 years Patsy (Bilbrey) Todd and raised a large family.

In addition to his wife ,he is survived by Four Sons, Robert Todd Jr., Arthur (Wife-Debbie) Todd , James Colonis, all of Muncie, and Joseph (wife-Sharine) Todd of Yorktown; Three Daughters, Kathy (husband- Jeff) Shopher of Muncie, Linda (Husband- Richard) Hawkins of Losantville, Barbara Todd (Fiance'- Mac Hernley) of Albany, In.;   One brother,  Glen Gray all of Richmond; Two Aunts, Janice Hebenstriet and Betty Henson (husband-Ronnie); 20 grandchildren ;  26 great Grandchildren; and 4 Great-Great Grandchildren ; several nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a son, Mark Todd ; Two Sisters, Sally Goodwin and Mary Reed; Two Brothers, Nelson Reed, Larry Reed.

Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM Tuesday ,August 30th, 2022 at the  True Light Baptist Church located at 805 N. Country Club Road, Muncie with Pastor Dennis Trimble officiating. Burial will follow at the Gardens of Memory Cemetery . Friends may call on Monday from 4-7PM at the Parson Mortuary located 801 W. Adams Street and One hour prior to services at the Church.
