Roger Wayne Greer, 70, passed away early Friday morning, July 29, 2022, at the Stonebrook Rehabilitation Center in New Castle, Indiana following an extended illness.  He was born on February 16, 1952 in Muncie the son of Walter E. and Curtis Lee (Stephens) Greer.

Mr. Greer had been disabled all of his life and was unable to attend school or hold employment.  He enjoyed eating Wendy's Frosties, and watching cartoons on the television.

Survivors include several nieces and nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents and several siblings which included his brothers, Jim, John, Glenn and Bob Greer and his sisters, Nellie Dotson, Carol Blackmer, Barbara Thompson and Dorothy Smith.

Funeral Services will be held at Parson Mortuary on Wednesday, August 3, 2022 at 10:00 A.M. with Elder Michael Greer officiating.   Burial will follow at the Elm Ridge Memorial Park Cemetery.

Friends may call at Parson Mortuary on Wednesday, August 3, 2022 from 9:00 A.M. until time of service at 10:00 A.M.   The committal services will conclude at Parson Mortuary.
