Ronald Lee Merchand, "Ron", 61, entered eternal rest on Monday, September 25, 2023.

Ron was born in Muncie, IN on September 24, 1962. He was a graduate of Union High School and had a career as a tractor-trailer operator for most of his life. Ron married Theresa Merchand on January 22, 2016. He enjoyed watching Nascar and wrestling, reading, fishing, building models, and spending time with friends and family.

Ron is survived by his wife, Theresa; his brothers, Brian (Melissa) and James; his sister, Amy (Mike); his children, Carol Ann (Steven), Jennifer (Kevin), Lillian (Kay), and John; his nine grandchildren, Hailey, Jayden, Matthew, Ronnie, Lizzie, Vinnie, T.T., Tonka, and Rosalie; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Caroldon and James Merchand.

Private family services will be held.
