Ronnie J. Sneed, Sr., 74, left this life early Sunday morning, January 21, 2024, at the Indiana University Health Ball Memorial Hospital following a brief illness.  He was born on September 15, 1949, in Muncie the son of Harley and Sadie Sneed.

Ronnie graduated from Southside High School in 1967 and later worked as a warehouse worker for several factories in the Muncie area most recently Emore Manufacturing before his disability.  He enjoyed watching television programs like, The Walking Dead, 100, and The Lost.  Mr. Sneed enjoyed also following the Colts Football Team.  Mr. Sneed honorably served the U.S. Army from February 1968 until October 1970 with the HHC 3rd BDE 9th Inf. Div. USARV.

Survivors include his sons, Aaron Sneed, Muncie and Ronnie Joe Sneed, Jr., Gaston; one sister, Penny Casey, Muncie; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Steve Sneed, and a sister, Diane Sneed.

Friends may call at Parson Mortuary on Tuesday, January 30, 2024, from 2:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M.

At 3:00 P.M. military honors will be rendered by the Delaware County Honor Guard and the U.S. Army.
